Here are some math skills we are working on:

- Use addition and subtraction to solve word problems(CCSS, page 88, table 1).
- Solve one-step word problems with the unknown in any position.
- Solve word problems that call for adding three whole numbers.
- Represent a problem in multiple ways including objects, drawings and equations.
- Add and subtract within 20.
- Add and subtract within 10 fluently.
- Use a symbol (e.g., ? or ⃞) to represent an unknown in an equation.
