This is an exciting year as we are implementing the Leader in Me program more and more. We are going to continue using our panther paws as well. For those of you new to our building, or those who need a little refresher:

The Leader in Me habits are:

3. Put First Things First
4. Think Win-Win
5. Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood
6. Synergize
7. Sharpen the Saw
Here is how the habits relate to our Panther PRIDE:

Demonstrate Respect/Seek First to Understand

If your child gets "caught" showing any of these character traits they will receive a panther paw! We are also working as a class to earn golden paws. We can earn a golden paw when the entire class demonstrates one or more characteristic.
